hi everybody ! I need some advice about having sex..
I was a virgin till my bf fingered my vagina (There was no blood during&after) and i dont know how elastic my hymen intact anyway...i didnt want to have sex with my bf and he started rubbing on my vagina...it was like 3-4 times and it was the very beginning) and 3-4 min. later he ejaculated and not near my vagina...but i wonder is there any possible way that i might be pregnant....I know this question looks like idiotic but it was the first time for me i am scared..and dont know what to do

True Blood Season 2, Episode 4: Shake & Fingerpop (Let’s Discuss)

This contains big time spoilers. If you haven’t watched the episode, I am advising you turn back now.**

Uh, what? Stupid Hot was in rare, rare form last night. He just spouted all kinds of dumb all over the place. True Blood’s comeback episode was called, Shake and Fingerpop, and it was definitely an appropriate title. Jason’s bunkmates decided to play a practical joke on him, and let’s just say he went a bit over the top with his reaction. He’s like quoting anti-vamp scriptures now. What is that? Not good, Jason. Meanwhile, Bill also overacts to Jessica and Hoyt’s little make-out session. Good for her. I got say I really like Jessica, I thought she was going to get on my nerves when they first introduced her last season, but she is truly fun to watch.

Speaking of on my nerves, what is the deal with Daphne? I would really like her with Sam if I knew what her true motives are. Tara finally told Maryann that she was moving in with Sookie. Maryann took the news better than I thought she was going to, I really expected her to do that shaking thing she does and bewitch Tara into staying, but she didn’t. We also find out the late Miss Jeanette of bus has the same cravings on her back as Daphne and Sookie. What’s up with that? She was poisoned just like Sookie and I assume Daphne.

Sookie tells Tara about Lafayette’s like situation, making her go to her house and not getting the warmest reception. In fact, he was downright cold. Can that boy turn a phrase or what? Who’s writing his lines? Is he adlibbing them, or does Alan Ball staff have that much flavor, either way I want to speak like Lafayette. Did you hear me hooka’s?

Damn, hooka, sh*t. – Lafayette Anyhoo, some smaller funnies happened, no one believes drunk Andy when she tells the sheriff Dearborn he has seen Maryann’s pig in a dollhouse nonetheless. Sookie once again had me wanting to slap her, her little selfish conversation with Sam. I mean really girl, move on. Damn, hooka, sh*t.

And about hooka’s, Sarah, Sarah, Sarah. She wants some of Stupid Hot really bad. I’m getting some really bad vibes from the couple in general. I want Stupid Hot to run, and run fast. I mean Soldiers of the Sun, sound bad. The name is ominous for sure. Sookie, Bill and Jessica take off for Dallas. I’m starting to find their little lovefest boring, but I think it’s just me. Lafayette is visited by the hot Viking himself, Eric. For a reason that we know is completely sketchy he offers to allow Lafayette to feed from him to make him all better. And all better it does indeed. Lafayette had a serious burst of energy.

Maryann somehow knows it’s Tara’s birthday and of course she has arranged a hedonistic celebration. This time we got a hot love scene from Tara and Eggs. Hot! I was hoping we would find out what Maryann wants, but no dice. Upon Sookie’s arrival in Dallas, Ball changed the story completely almost, Sookie was almost abducted, but in this version Jessica added much needed comedy relief with Jessica. In Dallas Bill meets with Eric and Jessica orders a hot-tail (a cute boy to feed off) from room service. And just like the book, Sookie meets another telepath.

Overall the episode was really good, I would give the episode an 8/10 if I were rating it. Thoughts, groans, moans?

Obama chooses Ala doctor as next surgeon general

WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama turned to the Deep South for the next surgeon general, choosing a rural Alabama family physician who made headlines with fierce determination to rebuild her nonprofit medical clinic in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.

Dr. Regina Benjamin is known along Alabama's impoverished Gulf Coast as a country doctor who makes house calls and doesn't turn away patients who can't pay — even as she's had to find the money to rebuild a clinic repeatedly destroyed by hurricanes and once even fire.

"For all the tremendous obstacles that she has overcome, Regina Benjamin also represents what's best about health care in America, doctors and nurses who give and care and sacrifice for the sake of their patients," Obama said Monday in introducing his choice for a job known as America's doctor.

He said Benjamin will bring insight as his administration struggles to revamp the health care system:

Saying she "has seen in a very personal way what is broken about our health care system," Obama said Benjamin will bring important insight as his administration tries to revamp that system.

Benjamin called the job "a physician's dream," and pledged to be a voice for patients in need — and to fight the preventable diseases that claim too many lives each year, including nearly her entire family.

Her father died with diabetes and high blood pressure, her only brother of HIV, her mother of lung cancer "because as a young girl, she wanted to smoke just like her twin brother could" — an uncle now on oxygen as a result, she noted.

"I cannot change my family's past. I can be a voice in the movement to improve our nation's health care and our nation's health," Benjamin said. "I want to be sure that no one falls through the cracks as we improve our health care system."

The surgeon general is the people's health advocate, a bully pulpit position that can be tremendously effective with a forceful personality. Benjamin has that reputation.

Pushed by the need in her own shrimping community of Bayou La Batre, Ala., and its diverse patient mix — white, black and, increasingly immigrants from Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos — Benjamin, 51, has emerged as a national leader in the call to improve health disparities. She became the first black woman and the first doctor under age 40 elected to the American Medical Association's board of trustees, and in 2002 became the first black woman to head a state medical society.

"She's always been very ambitious from a political standpoint. She has always, always been motivated by that ambition," said Dr. James Holland, CEO of Mostellar Medical Center in nearby Irvington, Ala., where Benjamin spent about three years in the early 1980s as a National Health Service Corps scholar.

Holland said Benjamin's selection as surgeon general "doesn't surprise me at all. The only thing that surprises me is that it hasn't happened before now."

Medical groups welcomed her ability for straight-talk, whether to patients or politicians, about the dire health needs of much of the country.

"We want to emphasize prevention, primary care and early intervention, and we have somebody now who does that for a living," said Dr. Georges Benjamin, no relation, of the American Public Health Association.

Added AMA President Dr. James Rohack, who has known Benjamin for more than two decades. With "her recognition that if you don't have health insurance, you live sicker and you die younger, she can bring the real-world perspective as surgeon general of the things as a nation we need to do to keep ourselves healthy."

Benjamin made headlines in the wake of Katrina, as photographs showed her laying patient charts out to bake in the sun and lamenting the lack of pricey but more hurricane-resistant electronic records. Her nonprofit clinic was rebuilt by volunteers only to burn down just as it was about to reopen. Benjamin later told of her patients' desperation that she rebuild again, recalling on woman who handed her an envelope with a $7 donation to help.

"If she can find $7, I can figure out the rest," Benjamin said last fall as she received a $500,000 MacArthur Foundation "genius award," money she said she'd use to help finish that job.

Her nomination for surgeon general requires Senate confirmation.

Not So Fast, Mr. President
In his rush to fix everything, Obama is skipping vital steps in the change process By Jack and Suzy Welch

Is the President taking on too much—or is the media having trouble keeping up? —Tim Moore, Louisville

If only a dunderheaded media was the problem, we'd be a lot less worried. But no. With his everything-all-at-once overhaul of our country's $13 trillion economy, President Obama is unquestionably taking on too much.

And we don't say that because of politics. We say it because of process.

Look, every leader wants to galvanize change; that's what leaders are supposed to do. And in times of crisis, the change imperative is even more heightened. People are scared; many are angry. They want problems fixed fast.

But change—especially massive, frame-breaking change along the lines the President is pushing—can't just be about getting things done. It has to be about getting the right outcomes, and right outcomes rarely get sorted out in a rush. They emerge from vigorous debate, from grappling with ideas and wallowing in the details of options and their consequences, intended and not.

O.K., so maybe "grappling" and "wallowing" don't sound like much of a process, but when it comes to change, they're an absolutely essential prelude.

And they're not happening in Washington right now.

Part of the reason, of course, is that America is currently a one-party nation, with a popular Democratic President and supportive Democratic Congress. Exacerbating this, the Republican Party has been discombobulated since the election, operating without clear leadership or a cohesive point of view.

Steamrolling Down Three Paths
As a result, we have three major "reform" initiatives steamrolling forward before they should.

Let's start with health care, almost 20% of our economy. The Administration's current plan involves spending money on new programs—$1 trillion give or take a few billion—to save money. Please! Somebody identify a time when such an approach worked. New government programs (think Medicare) only beget bureaucracy and spending, never higher quality and lower costs.

What's worse in our minds is that the health-care plan is moving forward before the nation grapples with the difficult questions at the root of the mess. Why are malpractice costs so high, for instance, and how much money should be spent on technology for end-of-life care? Yes, such topics are controversial. But until we sort them out, health care in America will remain a money pit.

We're seeing the same kind of rush with reforms in the financial industry and business overall. The government is moving to oversee and regulate a wide swath of territory. It has to—the argument goes—to save the system. But a "this is an emergency" approach is just a way to silence debate over long-term consequences. The government's upending of bankruptcy law in the Chrysler bailout, as an example, will set back capital formation in some industries for years.

And then there's the push for cap-and-trade legislation, change that will affect us all. Forget due process of change, though. In this rush-and-hush environment, it could be law in months.

Inflated Revenue Projections
Perhaps the scariest part of the lack of debate right now is that there's no real plan to pay for all the change ahead. Instead, the President is doing what leaders do when they want to overspend on programs: He's inflating revenue projections. His budget shows GDP growing in the next decade faster than in the '70s, '80s, and '90s, an unlikely possibility. Our globalized world is more competitive than ever, and debt-laden companies and consumers are deleveraging, which means lower spending. The result can only be slower GDP growth and a deficit Americans can't afford, even with the tax hikes ahead, which will further hamper GDP growth and thus revenue.

In business, budgets with revenue projections built on hope rarely bring happy endings. They end up undermining the leader who set them in motion.

Will that happen to President Obama? We don't know. Without question, every area of our economy that he is trying to upend could and should be remade to some extent. Our pushback has to do with pacing and scope.

We'll never argue against change. But achieving the right outcomes requires the right process. If you want to avoid unintended consequences, you've got to grapple, you've got to wallow.
