If I have something to listen to or look at it’s not as bad. It was a beautiful day today too, I actually got some tanning in too. Most the time I walked because I believe running is really hard on your joints and back. I run for about 10 minutes, take a break walking for about 20, then start back up again. This way I don’t beat my body to death and I enjoy my workout more.

Some people say you have to run the whole way, I don’t believe in that. Those people who do that will be stressing their mind out along with their body. I think working out is all about keeping it up. Making it an every other day element. Most people will work themselves out to death, get discouraged and never do it again. Work out gradually, that way you enjoy it and and want to come back from more. The people who do it for 4 hours or workout hard will never last.

Maybe in the future you’ll be able to rent games through their service just like Gamefly.

It’s kind of funny because I just saw Quarantine, one of the latest zombie movies on the big screen. So to get you into the mood you should rent this movie, it was really cool. Has some real jumpy parts in the movie.

I really didn’t like Call of Duty: World at War, it seems like they really sped it up and I’m just so sick of all the old World War games. Seems like they have just over did it with them. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on the other hand was just amazing: the gun selection, modifications, and graphics were superb. It would be great if Activision just keeps the game the same and just adds better maps and more realism. I think realism is a major factor you must have in a game, I think World at War lost that element when they sped it up and added other features to the game. Making me lose interest in the game.

So what can you really do about this. I suggest pacing yourself, mapping out a business strategy to help your mind to keep at ease. This will help your mind from getting overwhelmed with too much information.

I like to map out what websites I’m going to work on during each day of the week. Monday I will be building backlinks for site A, and Tuesday I will be adding content to site B. As you progress and start to get really good, you can add more activities to do each day.

I have really found out this works well. Your sites will be built with better content because you will only be concentrating on one or two sites per day. Plus, you will get more ideas too, with your mind at ease you’ll be thinking a lot more clearly.

You don’t have to use my business plan, think up your own. But, the way to succeed in webmastering is developing a plan.

Then I started to receive a bunch of cracked and scratched discs. It wasn’t just a few, but a lot. A lot of DVDs wouldn’t even play on my Xbox 360 because they were so screwed up. A lot of these were kind of old DVDs, but still that shouldn’t matter. My buddy is like just report it. I’m thinking that shouldn’t be my job, that’s the packers. I’m thinking that some of these packers see it and don’t even care. When I think of it, they probably just get payed minimum wage. They probably could give two shits!

The one disc I received was cracked almost all the way to the middle, it was easily noticeable and if you ran you finger across it, you could definitely feel it. The main reason I bought a subscription was to get the latest movies on DVD. That’s pretty much impossible, I had Quarantine in my queue for a whole month, I finally came to my senses and said screw it and canceled my account. The movie isn’t even a 3 star movie, just a B movie, if that.

My buddy explained to me that there is a trick to get the latest movies, you have to make another profile or something. But, I’m thinking, screw that. That’s not going to solve anything, as soon as everyone starts doing that, same thing will happen.

So I joined Blockbuster Online. I think their service is the best! Soon as I put Quarantine in my queue, I immediately noticed that there wasn’t any wait. That goes for other releases also. And there’s another good thing about Blockbuster. If you don’t want to wait for the latest release, you can actually visit the store and see if they have a copy. Your chances are good, on the flip side of that you could be a Netflix customer and wait a whole month for a movie. Maybe longer!

Then they try to push the whole instant movie section, like you can rent a ton of movies through their instant streaming section. Let me tell you it’s not cracked up to what it’s made out to be. There’s only a few movies that are good, most of the selection are movies you haven’t even heard of. The movies that are good are the movies you’ve seen over and over on cable. And when they do add movies, they are very limited and low budget.

From my experience, the company is like Bose. Lots of advertising that makes you think they are the best. Bose is most definitely not the best speaker company! There are many other speaker companies out there that have better speakers.

The first link to your site could be a recripocal link trade and it’s not a bad way to go. Easy to get and easy way to get noticed in the search engine.

A lot of SEO people say it is bad, but I don’t believe that. Most of these SEO professionals have money and techniques that can get you higher ranking in search engines. But, if you’re like me and don’t have a huge budget to spend on SEO, I suggest doing a few recripocal trades. From my experience it can’t hurt you, I’ve benefited from it, you can just look at my bank account : ) I mean come on, you think some of these companies that own sites like teamxbox.com and rottentomatoes.com did their own link building. Hell no! They paid a company to do it, lets get realistic here!

Traffic has a lot to do with content also, so don’t worry too much on one way links. Build them up over time, concentrate on good unique content.
