Content is the King. Everybody will say so, and that is the true. Unique content is the key of everything. Very important is also and Site/Blog Structure.

Content:

Amount - Blogging helps you maximize in creating multiple pages on your website. Forums are another great way, but a little bit trickier than blogs. Making sure you have quality content will help more pages get indexed by the way of natural inbound links.

Fresh - Fresh content will bring the spiders back every time you write new content. Wordpress has an autopinger that automatically pings whenever you add new content. This is how a brand new post can appear within minutes in the Google index. Blogs/Forums can both generate lots of content with every new post/thread/comment that is created.

Size - Too many words or too little words in a page can be bad. I believe that Google looks at how many words an article contains. Most article directories require at least 350 words to approve your article. You can easily determine if the page is spam if the article is less than a couple of paragraphs. Also, if you’re planning to write over 500 words then you’re probably writing about too many broad topics on the same page. It would be better to have 2 articles indexed than having 1 long article. For Example, on FHA loans I can write about FHA, FHA Refinance, FHA Purchase, FHA Cashout Refinance, FHA Streamline Refinance, etc. I could put all the information on 1 page, but I can also write a nice article about each specific topic. This helps out with developing keyword rich content.

Site Structure:

Bold/strong/h1 tags - are you overusing these tags? Bolding a whole page or paragraph will lessen the effect of using these tags.

Title tag - make SURE to include keywords in your title tags to help rank high. Remove stop words from your title tag. I like to use the pipes | and no more than three keyword phrases. Using commas in a title makes it look spammy IMO. Some people just put a line of keyword text which also looks spammy.

Interlinking - I believe every content page on your website should contain a link to another page in your website. Your WebPages should reference each other, and will help readers/robots find another page in your website.

External linking - a great way to help Google determine what type of site you have is by linking to an authority site that is in your niche. Be very careful who you link to. Especially, if you’re doing reciprocal linking with your own websites. If one page is penalized, then your other sites may suffer because they’re linking to the site that is being penalized.

Nofollow/noindex - making sure that links/pages are not indexed or nofollowed is very important. There are a lot of links that should not be indexed and/or should not receive any juice. Pages such as terms of service, registration, login, privacy info, etc should not be indexed, and these internal links should also contain nofollow. There are a lot of comment spammers that comment on a blog for the purpose of getting a backlink. Place a nofollow link attribute on these external links so you’re not giving away juice to a page that you may not recommend to others.

Depending on how you plan to target your website, I would first start off with a regional site. If you can only offer auto sales in Charlotte, North Carolina, then I would pick a domain name that includes Charlotte in the domain name. Picking just ‘automobiles’ or ‘cars’ is way too broad. For example: charlottecars.com is better than cars.com.

If you can offer products/services on a national level, then it will better to try to use a domain with a general key term. A great example of this is mortgageloan.com. If you search your city name (US Only) with the key term ‘mortgage’, then you’ll more than likely see them in the top 10 of Google.

"How to make money with AdSense" is one of the most popular topics in Internet marketing forums and the subject of many books and special reports.

3. Content. AdSense is all about content. It's not about search results. It's not about random collections of scraped data. There's a reason why AdSense users are called publishers: it's because they publish content. You need great content on your pages, written for humans and not search engines. Content is what's going to keep visitors on your site, looking for the information they need. The longer they stay, the more chance they'll click an ad.

4. Optimization. Many AdSense publishers spend too much time trying to optimize their pages when they should be spending their time on getting more traffic and writing more content. Luckily, many AdSense optimization techniques do double duty as search engine optimization (SEO) techniques. Concentrate on the basics, like: * Blending ads by removing borders and matching colors. * Positioning the ads in the "hot spots" of a page. * Choosing the right ad formats. * Tracking performance with channels.

These and a few other techniques can make a dramatic difference in your earnings -- but only if you have enough traffic.

Note that even a poorly-optimized AdSense site can make its publisher a lot of money if draws a lot of traffic with quality content in a competitive niche. Don't place too much emphasis on AdSense optimization.

I make money online by selling other people's products via affiliate marketing. I find a niche, find products that I can promote and then set up a website to market them. Finding products to sell is one of the trickiest parts of any project - and my choice of product has led to some huge successes - and some monumental failures!

The most important aspect to consider is what people are likely to be searching for when they come across your product. Are they looking to buy something (or could they be persuaded to buy) or are there just looking for information. You could get 1 million visitors to your website, but if your not selling a product that those visitors would want to by then you won't make any sales.

To illustrate the problem I set up a website recently to sell an autism information product. I thought that I couldn't go wrong - a high quality product, a great sales page, a very poplar condition (1 in 160 births) and virtually no competition in AdWords. I set up an amazing website and launched a pay per click campaign. I had loads of targeted visitors but didn't make a single sale. And the ppc campaign cost me a fortune. Why did it fail? Because people trying to find information about autism aren't looking to buy because there's heaps of free information out there.

When selling information products you need to focus on finding products that are likely to appeal to people who are after something for nothing, trying to achieve the impossible or are likely to buy out of desperation. These buyers are always very eager to part with their money out of hope. For example, information products promising cures to poorly treated and unpleasant conditions always sell well as do products teaching people how to improve their appearance or figure (weight loss or muscle building). Is this ethical? Yes! Welcome to the cruel world of marketing. It goes on all around us every single day. Think about cosmetics for example - you can sell a cream for $100 a gram if comes with a promise that it will make you look 10 years younger. When finding products to market one of the most effective strategies is to focus on selling hope.

Bear in mind however that you must also focus on finding high quality products. Promote poor quality products and the refund rate will be high and people will never buy from you again. I never sell a product unless I have personally bought and reviewed it myself and feel happy and comfortable with the content.

On-page search engine optimization refers to what webmasters can do on the pages of their websites to make those pages rank higher in search engines. Effective on-page SEO refers to how webmasters can make their pages as clear and relevant as possible for search engines
Following are some basic techniques:

1. Your page must be a valid HTML document. Most internet sites are not valid. Check your site at http://validator.w3.org and fix errors if there are such.

2. You also must have a well structured HTML document. Many people crossing html tags like this : <form> <table> ... </form></table>. Never do that. Use careful tags H1 H2 ..... It is good to have one html tag H1 on the page for Title, after that some subtitles with H2 tags and etc... With css is very easy to change format and font size, but when search engine spider come to your site he don't see a css formats, only check html document. There is a very sample rule: switch off css styles and view site without css , see whether your titles is well structured and whether your text is visible and easy to read from top to bottom and for left to right.
3. It is very important what text you will put in <title>….</title>. It must be significant related to the content of the page. Never leave page title Untitled. It`s a big mistake.
4. Use metatags for keywords and description of the each page of the site. Try to suppose right keywords for the content of the page. Try to think like a user who will search the web for similar information and guess what keywords will he/she use for that search. Incorporate those keywords into your content.
5. If you are targeting a specific set of keywords, try to repeat those words a few times on the page. This concept is called "keyword density." For instance, if you are writing an article on how to cook shrimps, use the words "cook" and "shrimp" in the URL of the page on which the article appears, use those words in the title, and use those words a few times in the body of the article itself. Try to maintain a balance between SEO techniques and keeping your website reader-friendly.
6. Also is very important that the site has a good navigation between pages. If you use flash, make another navigation bar in the foother.
