The Van’s Half Cab is a skaters favorite with a surfers silhoutte and in this shade of blue they should be undeniable to both. You know the shoe but not in ethereal blue. Now it may be difficult to  imagine fans of hi-fashion sneakers actually attempting to get a pick up game going in these, but Neil Barrett still wants you to look fashionable if you are thinking about playing some hoops. The High Top Sneaker comes in 3 colorways. Neon Yellow, Blue patent leather and black patent leather. The sole of the shoe is ironically very subtle since the rest of the shoe screams for attention. For those of you who have been anticipating the rumored Air Jordan 6 (VI) - Gatorade, this may quench your thirst. Here we feature a limited edition Gatorade collection which, although doesn’t feature any Jordan Brand-ing, still uses his Airness as the sole source of inspiration. Sole Collector was lucky enough to receive number 4 in a set of only 23 of these crazy packages from Gatorade.

It features a special edition Gatorade-emblazoned Rubbermaid cooler, complete with MJ hang tags. Inside are two molded foam layers supporting a total of six special edition 32 ouncers. Each one features information about either MJ’s basketball career or business ventures, including #5 which speaks of his “Flu Game” performance, as well as a message from MJ himself.

Here we feature detailed pictures of the Burgundy colorway in the Air Jordan Phly that we featured as part of the Air Jordan Phly Fall 2009 Collection. They have more of a varsity jacket feel to them, sporting a combination leather and wool upper in a team red colorway. They also sport sail accents, and the classic Air Jordan Wings logo has been replaced with a simpler AJ embroidered logo which also helps give off the feel of a varsity letter jacket. Nike has big plans for its classic Dunk High model, especially with the hot Summer months here. You can bet on seeing vibrant colors that grab your attention, as is the case with this pair of Nike Dunk Highs. They sport a solid black upper along with a unique splatter design across the heel section, which sports a shiny design to catch your attention. The vibrant volt colored accents help add another dimension to the shoe. They have already hit select Nike accounts, and you can even pick up a pair on eBay. via 95Soleman.

Here we feature one of Reebok’s latest collaborations, which is with the late Jean-Michel Basquiat. The model of choice is th classic Pump Omni Lite, which sports a white design along with black pen-like scrawlings throughout. Other features include Basquiat’s crown emblem, as well as a sentence on the heel that we can’t quite make out. No word yet as to their availability, but we will keep you guys notified. via HB.

The Nike Zoom Fun Police was highly anticipated when news first broke out about its release, and now that several colorways have been released to the public, fans are glad, and the shoe is doing well. Here we feature a new colorway which is now available at select accounts. They sport a white and black colorway constructed from a combination of leather and carbon fiber. Finishing off the shoes are the emerald green accents, which definitely help spark this otherwise bland color scheme. via Vault.

We’ve yet to see too much from the Nike Air Tech Challenge, as only two colorways have been released yet thus far. Rumored to be releasing later this year is the version shown here, which consists of different materials including black suede, leather, and patent leather. The black upper is accent with mint green highlights, which can be seen on the tongue, splatter design located at the rear of the shoe, the front sole, and heel areas. We will keep you guys updated once we learn more information.

With an obvious emphasis on denim, we see pieces such as the Metallic DISCO Satin series with jackets and jeans and the Metallic DISCO Light oz series in Gold/Silver for black washes and Silver for indigo washes. Continuing on, the DISCO theme will also see a Ruby release in Light Oz Rigid Black, Chino Cropped Jeans and Workpants. A final look includes select t-shirts and button-ups. Working with their classic Nizza Hi platform, adidas create a new rendition of the sneakers, featuring the addition of zippers on the side panels, replacing the standard 3-Stripe format. The sneakers are offered in a simple black/white colorway with multi-colored neon accents and contrast piping. Retail is set at ¥9,450 (Approx. $99 USD) with availability at atmos Japan.

You may be asking yourself 1 of 2 questions while you droll over all of these Jordans. 1. Who is Gentry Humphrey? and 2. Where did he get all of these kicks. Well there are simple answers for both of those. Gentry Humphrey is ‘Category Business Director’ of the Jordan Brand, which gives him access to colorways and styles that the likes of you and I have never seen, nor probably ever see outside of this photo gallery. It would be a surprise to no one if Humphrey has more Jordan’s that the man himself. According to Nick of Sole Collector this is only a fraction of Humphrey’s stash. Here’s a look at a new fresh Blazer model from Nike SB. This one pictured above is mostly ceramic grey, with the darker charcoal shade on the upper heel.  White laces and orange laces, white lining and sole give the shoe a nice, low key,  neutral look. The hints of orange help give the shoe a bit of flair to an overall clean looking shoe. They are now available at Atktz.

Yesterday Nike Basketball made an announcement about their upcoming tour of Asia with NBA Finals MVP & Champion, Kobe “Black Mamba” Bryant. The tour will consist of a 6 city stop and it was developed as an opportunity for Kobe to meet with kids throughout Asia to inspire, energize and improve their basketball skills. The cities on the itinerary are Manila, Singapore, Taipei, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Chengdu, China, starting July 21, 2009. With Kobe already possessing a HUGE fan base in China, this is sure to excite many fans of the Black Mamba. Check the dates below

Bryant has met with players and fans alike throughout Asia over the past three summers; touring with Nike during the summer of 2006 and 2007, and as part of the USA Basketball team leading up to the games in Beijing where he led the USAB team to gold in 2008. This summer’s tour offers Kobe a chance to check back in with the young players he met on previous tours and meet up and coming players whom he hopes to inspire. “I’m looking forward to returning to Asia to see the progress the kids have made since my last visit,” said Kobe Bryant. “I liked what I saw then and I’m planning to work the kids even harder to give them a better sense of the dedication and hard work it takes to be a champion.”

Having been the subject of their very own Nike collaboration in the Air Max 1 “Lanceiro”, Brazilian sneaker site Sneakers.BR kicked things off with their very own release party at retailer Homegrown. Something involving much planning, the party culminated in not only the showcasing of the shoes but also various pieces of art on display by Big, Bragga, Ment, Mateu Velasco, Nhaf, Vagner do Nascimento e João Burle.

With the roll-out of Onitsuka Tiger’s 2009 fall/winter collection comes this interesting model, the Tsunahiki. The shoe’s upper features an exposed stitching that runs around the upper while the most notable aspect of the shoe comes down to the outsole which features flashes of old school hunting boots with the outsoles which extend and overlap outwards. Two colorways are seen here in a plaid as well as an all-white version. Available now at Gettry.
