Water, preferably From tap
Metal container, (such as a pot)

First Step: Make Sure You are Willing to do this.
Next Step: Fill the Metal Container with Water
Next Step: Turn Stove or Heat source on!
Last Step: Wait

Tips: When the water starts to bubble vastly, remove heat

Lets just get started with creating a blank web page with nothing on it at all. Just a plain old blank page 1. Create a Dir on your desktop. Preferably with no spaces. This is where you will create your webpage that we create. 2. Open Notepad. (If you don't know how to do that and there isn't a way to find it on this site i'm sorry i'm trying to get to that) 3. Enter this Below (With out the # symbols please) #<html> # #<head><title></title></head> # #<body> # # # # # #</body> # #</html> 4. There now save the file in the folder that you created earlier under the name index.html 5. Minimize notepad and any other programs you may have open. Or just click the show the desktop icon in your quick launch bar. (Again if you don't know what that is and there isn't a walk through then i'm very sorry but I'm sure i will get around to writing one or someone else will) 6. Open the folder that you just saved the file to. 7. Now double click on the icon that is in there should be called index and look like it would open in your web browser. 8. See how it is just a blank white page? That is what you wanted. 9. If you want to know what the slashes at then end of places are then you should read the introduction which isn't written yet. 10. If you kinda understand why the slasher are there. Then you are right on the right path to understanding.
