No Paragraph Tags showing? SEO friendly?

I've been told by friend that tags in single/paragraph post is helping the site to get indexed and picked up by google. Is this true?

I always add tags in every post, but it doesnt show up with this theme. How to show tags in each post? thanks

and how to make my blog free from that thing..?
i just get confused, trackback is great facility from wordpress blog, and is it wise if i turn it off? and how to filtering good trackback and spam trackback?

I am planning to start a marketing blog at CunningMarketing.com.
It will cover various aspects such as

* Affiliate Marketing
* SEO and SEM
* General Business
* Sales
* Blogging
* Advertising
* Local marketing
* Social Media marketing and so on

I was wondering what you will be expecting from a new blog like mine. I have close to 3 years marketing experience. I will be learning new things as well as sharing my existing knowledge with you all.

Help Needed : Jquery stuff wont work

Something is wrong with my wpress installation. I am using WP 2.8.1 beta 2 (was using 2.8 but upgraded to check if the newer version fixed the issues).
The problem is that any plugin using jquery simply refuses to work. Themes using jquery also break.
Have a look at http://www.pallab.net/?theme=hybrid
Can someone please tell me how to fix this issue?
I tried :
i) Disabling all plugins
ii) Deleting and reuploading wp-includes and wp-admin folder
iii) Re upload the affected themes and plugins.

Nothing is working.

Blog - Best ways to send lots of new traffic to it

hey, james here... i've been running a small blog now for a little over a year, and just recently after reading alot on some of these different forums ive started trying to monetize my blog with adsense and am looking to find different easy ways to send lots of new traffic. So far since i started ive just been dropping alot of links in comments i post on others blogs.. and doing social bookmarking which is where most of my traffic comes from using automated software. which im sure most of you are probably using also. But I was jus curious, as im still fairly new to this, what are some other easy effective ways i could drive alot of new traffic to my blog? And furthermore, for those other methods for traffic are you aware of any effective software like bm demon that will automate those methods for me that isnt going to cost me much?? As I work 40 hours a week and often find myself with very limited time to work on this project... Any advice / comments / suggestions would be very appreciated!! thanks

Noscript Tags and Google Penalty

I have been using the noscript tag to provide a warning to users who have JavaScript disabled or who use script blocking plugins like Noscript on one of the websites I run. The site will not function properly if JavaScript is disabled and users may not be able to figure out why it is not working without the warning.

After the latest Google shuffle, I have seen the daily traffic drop to about 1/3 of what it was in the previous months. I have also seen a lot of pages that were ranking #1 or #2 in the SERPS drop out of the results. After doing some investigating in webmaster tools, I noticed that "JavaScript" is listed as #16 in the keywords section. This doesn't make sense because the site has nothing to do with JavaScript and the only place that appears is in the text between the noscript tags.

So, it seems that Google is now including and indexing the content between the noscript tags. I don't believe that this was happening before. The warning I used is three sentences. I'd imagine that having the same three sentences appearing at the top of every single page on the site could have a damaging effect on the SEO.

In light of this, is there any other method to provide a warning to users that they have JavaScript disabled in a way that won't be indexed or read by search engines?
