If Black Sabbath had written Stairway to Heaven it would be Bible Black.

This song is an instant classic that should be in the pantheon of Dio-Era Sabbath songs like the song Heaven and Hell. Unfortunately the rest of the album doesn’t rock as hard. Oh it rocks all right and it’s a great album. It’s just not as good as other Dio Sabbath albums. Yes I think Dehumanizer is a better album. But it’s still the Dio fronted Black Sabbath so it’s automatically awesome.

Highly Recommended.

wonderwomanI just finished watching the animated Wonder Woman DVD. Now I was a huge fan of the DC Animated Universe from the first episode of Batman to the last episode of Justice League Unlimited. I’ve also been a fan of the DC animated DVD’s made by a lot of the same people who worked on the DCAU.

Now Wonder Woman has never been one of my favorite characters but I enjoyed this DVD. I liked the even more modern interaction between Diana and Steve Trevor. The voice acting was phenomenal with a great cast. But the story wasn’t without faults. While it answered some questions about Wonder Woman’s origin it left one really big one just unexplained.

This DVD isn’t for little kids though. Lot’s of violence and adult situations.

All in all I found it enjoyable but not a must have. I give it a 3 1/2 out of 5.

The ever tolerant country of Iran seems to have a problem with the critically acclaimed movie ‘The Wrestler’ starring Mickey Rourke.

Iranians also criticized “The Wrestler” starring Mickey Rourke as a rundown professional wrestler who is preparing for a rematch with his old nemesis, “The Ayatollah.” During a fight scene, “The Ayatollah” tries to choke Rourke with an Iranian flag before Rourke pulls the flagpole away, breaks it and throws it into the cheering crowd.

Hello? Have they never seen the Iron Sheik wrestle? That’s basically every match he had with Sgt. Slaughter.

That man at right is one 67-year-old Alan David Hurwitz. He’s known by some as the Zombie Bandit by law enforcement because of his expressionless face and robotic demeanor during his bank heists. He was recently arrested in Wyoming for a bank robbery he’s accused of making in Medford, Oregon.

He doesn’t really look like much of a zombie. If he really was a zombie bandit he would look like this.
